Social Activities | 1. Conducted researches and educational activities against the earthquake
disasters, especially the 2011 East Japan Great Earthquake, as a visiting
professor of Tokyo Metropolitan Univ. and Shanghai Jiaotong Univ., and
also as an excective professional civil engineer (Disaster Prevention and
Mitigation) of JSCE and the Special Advisor of JAEE. 2. In order to reconsider the disaster prevention activities against the 2011 East Japan Great Earthquake and the drastic revisions against the natural disasters in future, conducted the consecutive symposium, "Defense Land and Life against Mega Earthquake -the Proposal by 24 academic societies in Japan (8 series)", and worked for releasing the joint statement as a secretary of the association. |
