For Speakers

• The video projector equipped in each conference room has RGB and HDMI ports. Please bring and use your own PC.
• Please arrive at the session room at least 5 minutes before the start of the session to check the connection of your PC with the equipped projector.
• The allocated time for each paper is 20 minutes including time for questions and discussion.
• If you need any assistance, please contact the volunteer assigned to each session room.

For Session Chairs

• Please arrive at the session room at least 5 minutes before the start of the session.
• To ensure smooth running of the conference, session co-chairs are kindly asked to strictly respect the schedule.

• The length of presentations is restricted to 20 minutes, including questions and discussions. Session co-chairs are kindly asked to closely monitor the timing against the schedule. In case of "no show", the session must be either suspended until the time scheduled for the next paper or closed if there are no more paper in the session.
