Paper Submission
All papers must be submitted electronically as PDF files following the IFAC conference format throughout the conference submission website PaperPlaza.
For the purpose of review, all papers for the first submission are limited to a maximum of eight (8) pages. The submission website will not permit longer papers to be uploaded.
The instructions for authors with the author's kit can be found HERE.
Note that at least one author of each accepted paper must have paid the full registration fee by the deadline for final manuscript submission in order for the paper to appear in the program and the conference proceedings.
Papers without at least one paid-in-full registered author will be withdrawn from the program and the proceedings.
One full registration covers up to two papers of the authors.
Invited Sessions
Invited session proposals should consist of a summary of the proposed session and a list of 4-6 papers with authors' name and e-mail address. It is the responsibility of the session organizer to ensure that the proposed authors also submit their full text draft papers by the submission deadline. All papers included in invited session proposals will also be subject to individual review.

IFAC Copyright Conditions
Copyright conditions:
All publication material submitted for presentation at an IFAC-sponsored meeting (Congress, Symposium, Conference, Workshop) must be original and hence cannot be already published, nor can it be under review elsewhere. The authors take responsibility for the material that has been submitted. IFAC-sponsored conferences will abide by the highest standard of ethical behavior in the review process as explained on the Elsevier webpage (http://www.elsevier.com/journal-authors/author-rights-and-responsibilities), but see also the Vancouver protocol, and the authors will abide by the IFAC publication ethics guidelines (http://www.ifac-control.org/events/organizers-guide/PublicationEthicsGuidelines.pdf/view).
Accepted papers that have been presented at an IFAC meeting will be published in the proceedings of the event using the open-access IFAC-PapersOnLine series hosted on ScienceDirect (http://www.sciencedirect.com). To this end, the author(s) must confer the copyright to IFAC when they submit the final version of the paper through the paper submission process. The author(s) retain the right to use a copy of the paper for personal use, internal institutional use at the author(s)f institution, or scholarly posting at an open web site operated by the author(s) or their institution, limited to noncommercial use. Any other use of the paper requires approval by IFAC.
