Registration
- IFAC CHAOS 2015 Registration Site is closed.
Although on-site registration will be available, access to the conference banquet is not guaranteed. - Registration Desk
The registration desk is located in the entrance hall of the International House and will be open at the following hours:
Wednesday, August 26 11:00--18:00 Thursday, August 27 8:50--16:00 Friday, August 28 8:50--15:30 - IFAC CHAOS 2015 Registration Fee
Early full registration fee 56,000 JPY Early student registration fee 37,800 JPY Full registration fee after July 15, 2015 68,000 JPY Student registration fee after July 15, 2015 49,000 JPY - At least one author of each accepted submission must have paid a full registration fee by the deadline for final manuscript submission.
- One full registration covers up to two papers of the authors.
- Papers without at least one paid-in-full registered author will be withdrawn from the program and the proceedings.
- All registration fees include the book of abstracts, proceedings, access to all sessions, lunches, coffee breaks and the banquet.
VISA
- Participants from certain countries may be required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. If you are uncertain about your requirements, please consult your nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate, or visit the webside of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.

http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/short/novisa.html - If you would like to apply visa to visit to Japan, the NOC will issue an invitation letter for visa applicants who have completed the registration and payment of required amount. As soon as the payment is confirmed, the letter will be sent to you. After issuing the invitation letter for you, you cannot cancel your registration and cannot get refund.
