期間延長2/3（金）まで！【教員/学生対象】2022年度情報セキュリティ研修の受講依頼 [Faculty and Students] Request for Completing "Information Security Training in 2022" due on Feb. 3rd, 2023

本学の教育研究用情報システム利用者全員（教員・学生・その他）を受講対象とした
「2022年度情報セキュリティ研修」を実施いたします。
下記をご確認のうえ、必ず受講くださいますようお願いいたします。

【実施期間】
　2022年11月16日（水）から 2023年2月3日（金）まで

【対象者】
　2022年10月1日現在、教育研究用情報システムのIDを保有している以下の方
　・ 教員
　・ 学生※
　・ その他教育研究関係者（研究員、研究者、臨時職員等）

※学部生のうち、2022年前期（4~5月実施）の情報セキュリティ研修を未完了（未受講あるいはミニテストが満点未満）の学生は、再開講したコースを受講してください。

【受講方法】
　本学ｅラーニングシステム「kibaco」にて受講
　以下よりアクセスしてください。

　本学 e ラーニング kibaco コース「2022年度情報セキュリティ研修」

　〇学外、スマートフォンからも受講できます。

　〇教員・その他教育研究関係者の方は「教員向け」をご利用ください。

　〇学部生向けのコースは、本年度前期開講コース（４月～５月開講）を再開講します。未受講の方及びミニテストが100点未満の方はこの機会に受講完了してください。

　〇kibacoではなく、ファイルでの受講を希望される場合には、個別に【問合せ先】までご連絡ください。追って、ファイルでの受講案内をお送りします。

また、ミニテストの全問正解をもって受講完了となります。
ミニテストは何度でも受講可能ですので、全問正解となるまで繰り返し受講をお願いします。

　　やむを得ず期間内の受講完了が難しい事情がある場合は、個別にご相談ください。

All users of the TMU-wide information systems for education and research (faculty, students, and others) are required to participate in the "Information Security Training for AY2022".
You are requested to read the following and be sure to complete the course.

Course Period
　From Wednesday, November 16, 2022, to Friday, February 3, 2023

Target
　The following persons who have IDs of the TMU-wide information systems for education and research as of October 1, 2022

-Faculty members,
　-Students*, and
　-Other education and research-related personnel (temporary staff, etc.)

*Undergraduate students who have not completed the "Information Security Training" (not a perfect score on the quiz) held in the first semester of AY2022 (conducted in April~May) are also required to take the rescheduled course.

How to Take the Course
　This training course is available on the TMU-wide e-learning system, "kibaco." You can take the course named " Information Security Training AY2022" through the following link.

　-You can take this course off-campus or from a smartphone.
　-For faculty members and other education and research personnel, please attend the "For Faculty members" course.
　-Courses for undergraduates will be rescheduled from the first semester of this year (April-May).
Undergraduate students who have not yet taken the course and scored less than 100 on the quiz are strongly encouraged to complete the course on this occasion.

　-If you wish to take the course by file instead of kibaco, please contact [contact person] individually. We will send you the course information in file format as soon as possible.

　You complete the course when you answer all the questions correctly in the quiz.
　You may take the quiz as many as you like, so please repeat the quiz until you answer all the questions correctly.
