Our research focuses
on the development of new methods to extend the scope of NMR spectroscopy for
the study of larger proteins and their interactions. At the same time we are also developing the
In-Cell NMR technique as a robust tool for the direct observation of
three-dimensional structures, post-translational modifications and interactions
of proteins in living cells.
