At the Kawakami laboratory, we are promoting research aiming to create new functional materials and biomaterials that can contribute to environments, energies, medical care and welfare, which are problems in large cities based on polymer chemistry, organic chemistry and molecular biology.
Especially, we are focused on solving global warming, building a hydrogen energy society and urban medical care.
