コリーヌ・ペリュション来日記念連続セミナー

『糧　政治的身体の哲学』(萌書房、2019年)で知られる現代フランスの気鋭の哲学者が、『レヴィナスを読むために』（明石書店、近刊）の邦訳公刊の機会に再来日します。同書だけでなく、近年の彼女の関心を示す三つの著作に関するセミナーおよびその思想の核と言える「傷つきやすさの倫理」を主題とした講演を実施します。いずれも使用言語はフランス語・日本語です（フランス語には日本語による逐次通訳がつきます）。奮ってのご参加をお待ちしています。

Le colloque international « Derrida et le XVIIIe siècle », organisé à l’école nationale supérieure (ENS) de Lyon en mai 2023 avec le soutien de l’Institut d’histoire des représentations et des idées dans les modernités (IHRIM), se veut un événement transdisciplinaire. Il invite littéraires et philosophes, dix-huitiémistes et derridiens à penser la question de ce double rapport, jusqu’à présent rarement appréhendé comme tel : celui qu’entretenait hier la pensée derridienne avec le corpus dix-huitiémiste, et celui qu’entretiennent aujourd’hui les recherches dix-huitiémistes avec la pensée derridienne.

概要：
　ジャック・デリダはその半世紀近い活動のなかで、哲学、政治、宗教、文学をめぐるきわめて横断的な問いを提出しつづけてきた。いま改めて「国家国家」を問う本イベントで問題になるのは、アルジェリア出身のユダヤ系フランス人というデリダのアイデンティティである。デリダにとって「母国」や「母語」は何であっただろうか。ひとがある「国民」であり、ある「国語」を話すことは、どのような事態なのか。
　本イベントではデリダ研究者のほかレヴィナス、中上健次を論じる若手研究者たちが発表する。このイベントを通じて、ユダヤ性を賭け金とした哲学者レヴィナス、デリダと同じく「母国」や「母語」を問題としつつ、部落差別を鋭敏に描いた文学者中上が、デリダと交差することになるだろう。ゲストでは、フランス現代思想・文学研究の泰斗でありアクティヴィストでもある鵜飼哲（一橋大名誉教授）が発表するほか、とりわけイスラエルをめぐって国家、宗教、民族の問いを提起してきた早尾貴紀（東京経済大）、国文学から言語と国家をめぐる批評を展開し、近年は東アジア論へと活動を拡張している大杉重男（東京都立大）らがコメンテーターとして参加し、発表に応答する。

趣旨：
　ヴァルター・ベンヤミン（1892-1940）が1921年に執筆し、1923年に公刊された「翻訳者の使命」は、ベンヤミンの没後、さまざまな仕方で読まれながら現代に受け継がれてきた。今日、〈翻訳とは何か〉を考えようとするとき、ベンヤミンの論考は参照不可欠なものとなっている。その受容史のなかには、ジャック・デリダ、アントワーヌ・ベルマン、ポール・ド・マンといった思想家も含まれ、それぞれに特徴的な読解を繰り広げている。
　本シンポジウムは、今年で公刊から100年目を迎える「翻訳者の使命」をめぐって、ベンヤミンのテクストとその受容、ならびにデリダ、ベルマン、ド・マンによる読解の内実を検討することを通じて、このテクストが20世紀のとりわけフランスを中心とした思想史のなかでどのように継承されていったのか、その一端を明らかにする試みである。
　第一部はベンヤミン研究者２名が発表する。長澤麻子氏（立命館大学）はベンヤミンのテクストを中心とした発表を、柿木伸之氏（西南学院大学）は「翻訳者の使命」の読解史を視野に入れた発表をおこなう。
　第二部は３名が発表する。亀井大輔（立命館大学）はデリダ「バベルの塔」について、西山雄二氏（東京都立大学）はベルマンの翻訳論およびフランスにおける翻訳学の歴史について、宮﨑裕助氏（専修大学）はド・マンの「翻訳者の使命」読解について、それぞれ発表する。
　以上の発表と討論を通じて「翻訳者の使命」の受容史を描き出すことにより、〈翻訳とは何か〉を問うためのひとつの契機としたい。

"The people goes to The Capitol: Democracy and populism á la Jacques Derrida"
Is populism a threat, a corrective, or the essence of democracy? What is the proper relationship between the people and the institutions? On 6 January 2021, the people went to The Capitol. They went there believing that the institutions had robbed the people of their will. What could possibly be the problem with the people appearing in the symbolic place of power? No doubt, they were an irrational and violent mob, but that has often been a way for the political elites to justify the exclusion of the common people from power. In the case of Trump and his supporters, the attack on The Capitol has become inscribed within an opposition between populism and democracy, with the mob as a threat to democracy and to representative institutions. My aim in this paper is not to decide the true nature of what happened at Capitol Hill, and on what side of the distinction between populism and democracy it falls. I want to use the attack on The Capitol to examine how an event like this becomes articulated in terms of the opposition between populism and democracy. I do so starting from Jacques Derrida’s deconstruction. Apart from a few scattered remarks, Derrida never wrote about what is, by now, one of the most important issues in contemporary democratic theory and political science: populism and its relation to (liberal) democracy. There have been precious few attempts to use deconstruction in the context of populism. Benjamin Arditi’s and Simon Tormey’s proposals to think – with Derrida – of populism as, respectively, the spectre and pharmakon of democracy are useful in that they highlight the ways in which the openness of democracy that we cherish implies an inherent risk. This speaks directly to debates in contemporary populism studies. With Derrida, I suggest that we can consider populism as an expression of the rogue character of democracy. There is something rogue about democracy because freedom is essential to it, to the extent that we must extend that freedom to our use of the concept of democracy. The question is: if democracy is rogue, can we distinguish the rogues roaming The Capitol as populist as opposed to democratic?

"Deconstructing Sovereignty Discourse"
The paper starts from Giorgio Agamben’s writings on Covid-19, where he argues that government responses to the pandemic are only the latest instances of the totalization of sovereign power. I use Derrida’s deconstruction of sovereignty discourse in his later works – especially Rogues and The Beast & the Sovereign – to challenge this view. I show that sovereignty is always at once unconditional and conditional, and that there is no place beyond sovereignty. With regard to the latter, I consider the university, international law and human rights, and democracy as alternatives to nation-state sovereignty. In each case, I show – with Derrida – that not only do these institutions and concepts involve sovereignty in some form, but in many cases the sovereignty takes the form of a freedom that we should struggle for. This allows me to contrast Derrida’s and Agamben’s approaches. The deconstruction of sovereignty discourse does not dissolve the distinction that Agamben and others make between sovereignty and freedom; rather, it makes us able to differentiate between different practices of sovereignty and within freedom. That kind of differentiation is useful when considering how governments have responded differently to the Covid-19 pandemic, exercising their sovereignty differently. It is also useful when considering alternatives – from anti-mask parties to mutual aid groups – articulated through a critique of state sovereignty. The differentiation makes it possible to develop a specifically progressive critique of sovereignty, rather than a critique of sovereignty as such.

ダリン・テネフ（Darin Tenev）
ソフィア大学文学部文学理論学科准教授、 プロフディフ大学哲学・歴史学部社会学・人間学学科准教授兼任（ブルガリア）。専門は文学理論、比較文学。著書（ブルガリア語）に『虚構とイメージ』（2012年）、『逸脱──ジャック・デリダについて』（2013年）。日本語の論文に、「デリダにおける贈与と交換（Derridative）」（『人文学報』首都大学東京人文科学研究科、511号、2015年）、「ほかにもこだまらがこの園を棲家としている（翻訳の現象学に向けて）」（『立命館哲学』立命館大学哲学会、第27集、2016年）、「世界文学のエピジェネティクス」（『世界文学と日本近代文学』野網摩利子編、東京大学出版会、2019年）など。

「作品からテクストへ」とロラン・バルトは言った。いまあえて「作品」という語を使うとしても、それは有機的で調和的な閉じた〈書物＝世界〉ではなく、よじれ、ほつれ、引きつれ、鉤裂きのできた布地のようであるだろう。では、その繊維の裂け目はどこへ通じているのか。もしかすると、獣の棲み家へかもしれない。人間という物語から抜け出す夢をみることができる抜け道、それが作品であるとしたら。デリダがシクスーとの「書き合い」から生み出したテクスト「蚕」（『ヴェール』所収）を通して考えてみたい。

発表要旨：
・宗政孝希：ジャン＝リュック・ナンシーにおける主体と自己
ナンシーは『エゴ・スム』においては主体概念を批判しつつもエゴを考えることを問題としていた。そしてその後、彼は「共に」の背後には依拠すべき何ものもないと主張する。バタイユを批判的に乗り越えながら存在の分有を思考し、どのように主体ではない自己を肯定的に考えうるのかを考察する。
・安藤歴：ジャン＝リュック・ナンシーによる「回帰の思考」批判について
本発表では1986年に出版されたジャン=リュック・ナンシーの著作『哲学の忘却』における「回帰の図式」に対する批判から出発して、哲学は「現在」を思考せねばならないというナンシーの宣明を詳らかにする。80年代の思想状況を背景にしつつ、ナンシーが「いまこの時代」を変容する運動として引き受ける思考を提起したことを、彼の哲学的かつ政治的な挙措だったと評価する。
・小田麟太郎：ジャン＝リュック・ナンシーの真理論——「命法的真理」について
ナンシーは『定言命法』（1983）所収の論文「命法的真理」において、形而上学的真理とは異なる真理概念、「命法的真理」を提起している。本発表では、関連する他のテクストも踏まえ、そうした真理概念の内実を検討する。
・村山雄紀：ジャン＝リュック・ナンシーの「素描」——王立絵画彫刻アカデミー「色彩論争」の観点から
本発表は、『素描への快楽』において独自の「素描」論を展開しているナンシーの議論を、17世紀フランスの王立絵画彫刻アカデミーで繰り広げられていた「色彩論争」の視座から比較検討するものである。絵画における諸要素のうち、「素描」と「色彩」のどちらを優先するべきかをめぐって交わされた本論争を通じて、ナンシー「素描」論の理論的な射程の一端を示したい。
・髙山花子：Digraphe、あるいは聴取について
ジャック・デリダの『絵葉書』には、1978年6月22日付で、「わたし」がいまバーゼルからストラスブールへと向かっており、パリへと戻ったあとはラポルト夫妻と昼食をとる予定であると書かれている。このころ、ジャン＝リュック・ナンシーは、フィリップ・ラクー＝ラバルトとともに、デリダをはじめとする哲学者、作家と交流し、雑誌をつくり、ラジオ番組にも出演していた。音楽への関心からも結ばれたロジェ・ラポルトとの活動、ナンシー自身の「聴取」をめぐる記述を手がかりとして、ときに二人で書かれたテクストの声がどのように響くのかということについて、多角的に考えてみたい。

… ne touchant pas ce corps, touchant à son éternité – Jean-Luc Nancy (Noli me tangere)

Après la mort de Jean-Luc Nancy, son œuvre singulière permet de maintenir le contact avec lui. Nancy a toujours été proche des préoccupations majeures de la philosophie – temps, être, espace, négativité, forme, image. Ayant choisi de rester à Strasbourg, il a joué un grand rôle dans cette ville et décentré ainsi l’inventivité que l’on risquait d’attribuer à la seule capitale. Il a visité le sens des textes de Descartes, Kant, des romantiques allemands, de Hegel, Husserl et Heidegger, ainsi que de ses contemporains – Derrida, Lyotard, Lacan, Deleuze. Considérant qu’une histoire particulière de la philosophie avait pris fin, il a montré que celle-ci peut se lever à nouveau, touchant à son éternité ; il a invité à la recommencer de manière multiple, métaphysique, politique, littéraire, esthétique… Cette levée ou anastasis “ne provient pas de soi” mais “vient de l’autre, ou bien elle relève de l’autre en lui” (Noli me tangere). Ainsi il entretenait des amitiés et créait des événements pour que s'ouvrît encore et toujours la possibilité de cette arrivée de l’autre.

Se souvenir de lui, c’est donc recommencer d’une manière plurielle avec lui pour assurer sa levée plus que sa relève dans l’avenir de la pensée. Pour initier cette tâche nous organisons trois journées dans l’horizon de cette anastase, composées de conférences, films, interventions musicales et en images, lectures de textes de Nancy, tous engageant une réflexion sur les thèmes multiples de sa pensée : le corps, le toucher, le monde, le sens, la communauté, la démocratie, la valeur, les arts , la religion, la technique, la mort, le temps…

Jean-Luc Nancy met death definitively in August 2021. One imagines that he had come close to death before, notably at the time when he had to endure a heart transplantation. This personal experience had major philosophical consequences: it did not lead to somber meditations of the shortness of life, but on the contrary to another kind of finite thinking, where finitude is thought as function of the necessary plurality of bodies which are the sense of the world: finitude is the very sharing of finitude. The sense of the world is nothing else than the singular plurality of bodies.

The work of Jean-Luc Nancy radiates a rare joy of life, but it is also very sensitive to what he called the ‘immonde’, the un-worlding that manifests itself as the eco-technical misery that presses the world of bodies. He diagnosed the fundamental philosophical reasons of this un- worlding, but above all he sought philosophical tools to re-world existence. Many of these tools are rooted in the polysemy of "sense," that leads Nancy's work to sensitive and even sensual questions of art, to questions of the sense of the world and of religion, and of course to questions of the way in which philosophy makes sense, word by word, enunciation by enunciation.

Wishing to share the emotion of Jean-Luc Nancy's passing away, we want above all to share the experience of thinking finitude with the help of his unique, singular work. This is why we invite you to a symposium in which all aspects of Nancy's abundant work will be discussed and new openings will be explored.

共同体の在り方をめぐっては、古代ギリシアのプラトン、アリストテレス以来、中世、近代、そして現代の多くの哲学者たちがさまざまに思考し・検討を重ねてきました。現代フランスの哲学者ジャック・デリダもまたこれらの思考の長い伝統を引き受けつつ、「自己免疫」という独自の観点からそれらを解体・再構築しつつ、デモクラシーの批判的検討を試みました。本ワークショップではデリダのこの試みを中軸に据えて、二人の提題者が「来たるべき（à venir）」共同体について検討を行ないます。

今年 5 月に邦訳が刊行されたジュディス・バトラーのもう一つの主著『問題＝物質（マター）となる身体』は、ジェンダー／クィア理論の代表的著作である『ジェンダー・トラブル』の問いを拡張し、ジ ェンダーのみならずセックス＝身体の「物質」性をどのように「問題」とするかを、哲学、精神分析、批判理論、文学、映画などさまざまな観点から論じた重要書です。このオンライン書評会では、哲学、ジェンダー／クィア理論の専門家、訳者が本書を各自の視点から読み解き、その意義を議論します。

「アカウンタビリティ」は会計の伝統的概念で資産の運用や記録、報告に関する会計責任を示す言葉である。1990年代以降、「アカウンタビリティ」概念は拡大し、会社経営のみならず、行政、医療、福祉、学校教育などの広い分野で、みずからの活動について利害関係者に説明する社会的責務（説明責任）として用いられるようになった。「アカウンタビリティ（説明責任）」の概念をデリダやレヴィナスの「レスポンシビリティ（責任＝応答可能性）」概念から考察する。

・本ワークショップは、昨年3月に慶應義塾大学三田キャンパスで開催予定だったものを延期して、オンライン上で行なうものです。
ワークショップの概要
フッサールが初期から晩年まで研究草稿を書き継いできた時間をめぐる考察は、「生き生きした現在の謎」（フッサール）の問題が提起されるに至って、意識対象の構成分析を手法とする現象学的反省理論の限界に関わるものと解釈されてきました。この解釈のドイツにおける代表的論者はLebendige Gegenwart, 1966　の著者クラウス・ヘルト（Klaus Held）であり、我が国においては斎藤慶典らがその解釈を下敷きに現象学をエマニュエル・レヴィナスやジャック・デリダら戦後フランスのポスト構造主義哲学の問題圏へと展開しました（斎藤慶典『思考の臨界――超越論的現象学の徹底』、2000年、ほか）。
こうした動向に対して近年、佐藤大介（岡山大学）が「反省の問題は本当に問題なのか――フッサール初期時間論の再検討」（日本哲学会編『哲学』、第70号、2019年）などで精力的に反論を展開しています。そこで、この機会に佐藤と斎藤両者が直接に議論を交わすことで、フッサール現象学において何が起こっていたのか、そこで問題とすべきは何なのか、その問題の射程と展開の可能性はいかなるものなのか、といった点を参加者と共にあらためて考えるワークショップを企画しました。司会は、日本現象学会、フッサール研究会などで現代日本の現象学研究の活況を牽引する植村玄輝（岡山大学）が務めます。
　ワークショップは、まず佐藤と斎藤がそれぞれ40分ずつ提題を行ないます。休憩を挟んで後半の一時間は、すべてを提題者と会場との議論に充てます。

シンポジウムの概要
本シンポジウムでは、デリダによるレヴィナス批判「暴力と形而上学」（初出・1964年）において論じられていた諸問題、すなわち「暴力」や「無限」、「他者」等の主題について、若手のデリダ研究者およびレヴィナス研究者三人を中心に議論を行ないます。
具体的には、（1）「倫理」や「厳命」といったデリダの概念がいかにして形成されたのか、（2）デリダおよびレヴィナスによる「暴力」概念の内実はどのようなものか、（3）「他者」ないし「無限」（思考による限定＝規定から身を引いてしまう者）と「暴力」の間にいかなる関係を設定しうるか、また設定すべきか、少なくとも以上三点が議論の争点となることが見込まれます。
これらの論点についての提題者と特定質問者による発表ならびに相互間での討議の後、コメンテーターも加わっての総合的な議論を行ない、さらにオンラインでの参加者からの質疑の時間を設けることで、広く多方面に開かれた議論の場となることを期します。
三田哲学会の会員のみならず広く一般に公開するシンポジウムですので、デリダ、レヴィナス哲学や「暴力」等の問題に関心をお持ちの方々のオンラインでのご参加（要登録）をお待ちしています。

「非現前的時間性の思考の生成に関する一考察――初期デリダにおけるＡ・コイレのヘーゲル研究の意義」
ヘーゲルに代表される伝統的な時間概念は、現前的現在およびその変様としての未来と過去の三契機から成る。この時間性を批判するさい、デリダが念頭に置いているのは、「かつて一度も現前したことのない過去」や「来たるべき（将来の）過去」といった、伝統的な時間理解の枠外の時間性である。この非現前的な時間性は主にハイデガーの思考に由来するとみなされているが、デリダにとって、そのようにハイデガーに従って時間性を思考するための一つの手引きとなったのは、アレクサンドル・コイレのヘーゲル研究であった可能性が高い。本発表は、従来あまり指摘されてこなかったこの点についての論証を試みたい。

「なぜ脱構築しなければならないのか？」
「現前の形而上学の脱構築」、このことがジャック・デリダの思想の中心的課題の一つであったということは、今日よく知られている。しかし、なぜデリダは現前の特権という問題系にこだわったのであろうか。なぜ現前という語を形而上学そのものに結びつけたのであろうか。「現前の形而上学」――そのようなものがあるとして――はなぜ脱構築されなければならないのか。そしてそのような脱構築とは、結局のところ何を意味するのか。われわれは、デリダの早い時期のテクストにおけるフッサールとの対決、およびそこで練り上げられた彼の時間の問いを主に検討することにより、「現前の形而上学の脱構築」というよく知られた問題の再考を試みたい。

「ジャック・デリダ『偽誓と赦しＩ』を読む」
デリダの講義録シリーズは続々と刊行されており、昨2019年には『偽誓と赦しＩ』が公刊された。1997-98年度のこの講義では、赦しの条件性／無条件性をめぐる考察が弁解や慈悲、恩赦、贖罪、悔悛、和解といった諸概念と比較されつつ展開される。三つの啓示宗教（ユダヤ教、キリスト教、イスラム教）の文化とギリシア文化の相違において、赦しの計算不可能で、例外的な性質が明らかになる。参照され分析されるのは、ジャンケレヴィッチやアーレント、カントにおける赦しの考察、シェイクスピア、キルケゴール、ボードレール、カフカ、アウグスティヌス、ルソーの作品などである。本発表では、『偽証と赦しＩ』を概観し、デリダが浮き彫りにした赦しの問いを辿ってみたい。

〈本企画について〉
　「時間性」は『存在と時間』周辺時期の中心概念でありながら、同書の挫折の原因と見なされることもある問題含みの概念である。峰尾公也著『ハイデガーと時間性の哲学——根源・派生・媒介』（溪水社、2019年）は、ハイデガーの時間性の哲学を「根源」と「派生」の問題として論じるとともに、レヴィナス、リクール、デリダによるその問題への取り組みを「媒介」という概念から解明することで、時間の問題に新しい視座を提供する最新の研究書である。
　この度ハイデガー研究会では、著者の峰尾公也氏とレヴィナス研究者の渡名喜庸哲氏、またハイデガー研究者の森一郎氏、齋藤元紀氏を招き、本書の提起した問題について議論する場を設けることになった。

This event focuses on a recently discovered text by the late Franco-Algerian philosopher Jacques Derrida. Geschlecht III, rediscovered in the Derrida archive and newly published in French (forthcoming in English), is the “missing” installment in Derrida’s four-part series on Martin Heidegger and the German word Geschlecht (meaning, among other things, “sex,” “race,” and “species”). Geschlecht III presents us with one of Derrida’s most sustained engagements with Martin Heidegger, in which Derrida tracks a subtle but powerful nationalistic undercurrent in Heidegger’s thought.

Vingt-cinq ans après la parution de Rue Ordener, rue Labat et Le Mépris des Juifs en 1994, le moment est venu de prendre la mesure de l’œuvre philosophique de Sarah Kofman.

De livre en livre, l’écriture kofmanienne a en effet pour enjeu essentiel « la vie comme texte », explorant cette question dans des essais qui ouvrent la « scène philosophique », classique (Empédocle, Héraclite, Platon, Kant, Rousseau, Kierkegaard, Comte, Marx) et contemporaine (Sartre, Blanchot, Derrida). Par un geste de lecture singulier, la philosophe convoque aussi d’autres œuvres qui agissent dans son travail comme des leviers imprévus, à commencer par Freud (L’Enfance de l’art, Quatre romans analytiques) et Nietzsche (Nietzsche et la métaphore, Nietzsche et la scène philosophique, Explosion I et II). D’entrée de jeu, la littérature (Diderot, Hoffmann, Nerval), l’idéologie (Camera obscura), la question du féminin (L’Énigme de la femme, Le Respect des femmes) et celle du rapport à l’art (Mélancolie de l’art) occupent une place déterminante dans son travail, jusqu’à ses derniers écrits (« La mort conjurée », L’Imposture de la beauté). Que signifie, pour une philosophe, cet enjeu vital de penser, de parler, de lire en reconduisant la philosophie « au cœur de la vie » ?

Inséparable de la pensée kofmanienne, la dimension autobiographique des textes (Autobiogriffures du Chat Murr d’Hoffmann, Pourquoi rit-on ?, « Cauchemar » et autres fragments d’analyse) touche et affecte la philosophe même, entre Freud (Un métier impossible, « Il n’y a que le premier pas qui coûte ») et Platon (Comment s’en sortir ?, Socrate(s)). Sarah Kofman s’expose alors comme témoin survivant de la Shoah (Paroles suffoquées, « Shoah ou la dis-grâce », Rue Ordener, rue Labat). Lire Sarah Kofman exige de se mettre à l’écoute de cette tension extrême entre vivre et penser à laquelle elle a accordé toute son attention. Son geste de lecture est un acte « sans pouvoir », un témoignage tout autant qu’une épreuve des apories qu’elle analyse et déconstruit avec rigueur et lucidité. La lecture du texte kofmanien exige également d’être explorée pas à pas, comme nous tenterons de le faire ici en ouvrant le dialogue autour de plusieurs de ses ouvrages.

Vingt-cinq ans après la disparition de Sarah Kofman, la réception de sa pensée demeure toujours parcellaire et trop peu visible, son œuvre peu enseignée en France : on pourrait dire, en reprenant une de ses images au sujet de Nietzsche, que ses textes sont plus que jamais orphelins. Ce colloque entend justement renverser cette situation en multipliant lectures, questions et interprétations autour de cette œuvre féconde, qui est devant nous comme un enfant qui vient : inconnu, jouant, interrogeant et provoquant l’interrogation.

En réunissant philosophes, littéraires, historiens, historiens de l’art et psychanalystes, le colloque entend privilégier une lecture plurielle de l’œuvre kofmanienne, qui multipliera angles d’approches et interprétations croisées afin de l’aborder dans toute sa diversité. Les questions historiographiques et archivistiques liées au fonds Sarah Kofman, déposé à l’Institut Mémoires de l’édition contemporaine (IMEC), seront également abordées.

Comment la déconstruction se confronte-t-elle aux percées et aux avancées de la technologie ?

Notre colloque international entend interroger le rapport entre l’œuvre philosophique de Jacques Derrida et la question de la technologie. Ce rapport n’aura bénéficié, par le passé, que d’un examen oblique et demeure somme toute fort peu abordé. Or il est non seulement central dans l’écriture de Jacques Derrida, mais il s’avère aussi incontournable pour tous ceux qui cherchent à poursuivre et à engager le travail de la déconstruction ainsi qu’à y déceler des possibilités concrètes capables de répondre au monde contemporain. Comment la déconstruction se confronte-t-elle aux percées et aux avancées de la technologie ? En quoi la déconstruction peut-elle redéfinir notre rapport à ce que Heidegger nommait de façon plutôt négative, voire angoissée, le « déferlement planétaire de la technique » ? La déconstruction engage-t-elle un autre rapport à la technologie que la condamnation ou la célébration ?

Notre dessein est donc d’ouvrir à une pensée de la technologie sachant à la fois mesurer et évaluer toutes ses dérives possibles ainsi que toutes ses avancées certaines en se refusant de simplement la proscrire ou l’agréer. Comment la technologie et son devenir affectent-ils le statut et la position, le sens et l’orientation de l’humain, de l’expérience, et par conséquent de la connaissance, du rapport à l’autre, voire du politique et plus particulièrement de la démocratie ? En quoi la déconstruction peut-elle proposer non seulement une description de ce phénomène, mais aussi et surtout un agir capable d’inventer des formes inédites de stances critiques, voire des modalités d’engagement, devant les méfaits aujourd’hui constatables dans les différents usages incontrôlés de moyens technologiques : surveillance des populations, collecte d’informations privées, uniformisation des singularités et du langage, robotisation et intelligence artificielle, ce que Derrida nommait aussi la « télécommunication » et la « télé-technologie » depuis lesquelles s’engage un questionnement face à Internet, par exemple, à l’heure de la « mondialatinisation » : l’archive, l’information médiatique, le cinéma, la photographie, l’écriture, l’image, etc.

Ce colloque international réunira philosophes, littéraires, psychanalystes, historiens du 2 au 4 mai 2019 au Columbia Global Center à Paris. Nous espérons ainsi engager la pensée de Jacques Derrida dans une confrontation profonde de la technologie avec notre contemporanéité : ses risques et ses opportunités, tout comme son passé et son avenir. Ce colloque international sera l’occasion de poser les bases d’une « Association internationale Jacques Derrida ».

　フランスの哲学者ジャック・デリダ（1930-2004年）は脱構築の思想家として知られていますが、彼の仕事は哲学のみならず、文学、政治、言語、倫理、教育、芸術、精神分析など多岐にわたるものでした。デリダの思想がいかなる意義をもつのかは、20世紀の思想史の風景を眺望するための重要な問いであり続けるでしょう。本講義では、脱構築をめぐる入門的な解説をおこなった上で、デリダが1990年代以降に展開したさまざまな主題を取り上げ、関連著作とともに、その今日的な意義を考えます。
　第1回では、デリダの生涯をたどりながら、彼の思想形成の筋道を解き明かします。第2回では、脱構築の定義や理論を確認した上で、その実践的な意義について理解します。第3回では、小著『嘘の歴史』を参照して、嘘の哲学的な規定とその政治的な利用を理解した上で、「ポスト・トゥルース」と言われる現状を考えます。第4回では、『赦すこと』を参照して、20世紀の政治的・歴史的な悪事（ユダヤ人大虐殺など）をめぐって、赦しに関する哲学的な議論を深めます。

Présentation :
La déconstruction derridienne du théologico-politique donne le dernier mot, non à la « posture questionnante », mais à « une certaine affirmation émancipatrice et messianique », en référence à laquelle elle propose une « re-politisation » qui a pour condition sine qua non « l’épreuve de l’indécidabilité » et qui se décline en termes, non de programme et de « dessein ontologico-politique ou téléo-eschatologique », mais de promesse, de responsabilité et de décision. C’est à cette « re-politisation », qui en appelle à une « Nouvelle Internationale » et qui est portée par la « logique de la spectralité » mise en place par Derrida, que nous nous attacherons cette année. Nous tenterons donc de déterminer la teneur de la revendication par la déconstruction de « l’un des esprits » du marxisme, en nous demandant comment Derrida (re)joue Marx contre lui-même – les analyses marxiennes de la « possibilité du processus d’abstraction » contre l’ontologie marxienne du présent vivant et de l’effectivité –, pour établir l’impossibilité de dissocier l’apparaître du fantasme (le phainesthai du phantasma), et comment son « hantologie » pense la performativité en prenant à revers la théorie des speech acts, pour montrer que renoncer à la vieille Internationale et à ses structures ne signifie pas renoncer à toute forme d’action et d’organisation pratiques ni se condamner soit à l’utopisme soit à l’abstraction vide, mais au contraire évaluer l’engagement politique à la lumière d’une nouvelle alliance (i. e. la Nouvelle Internationale) capable de battre en brêche la monstruosité de la violence, de l’inégalité, de l’exclusion, etc., parturiées par le « nouvel ordre mondial ».
